Any purchases you make on The Local Deal represent agreements between you and the merchants selling their goods and/or services.  The Local Deal performs a marketing service for the merchants to connect customers with the merchants.  Merchants offering their goods and/or services have agreed to provide these goods and/or services as described in the advertisements

By registering for an account, you agree to receive our promotional emails.  You may unsubscribe to this mailing list at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link on the emails or by replying to them with the subject "Unsubscribe".  By signing up for an account for this site from a referral link, you agree to allow us to share your purchase history with the person making the referral.  This allows us to maintain the integrity of the referral rewards points system.

We take your privacy seriously, and have outlined how we use your information in our Privacy Policy.

The Local Deal reserves the right to alter or eliminate the rewards points program at any time, without prior notice.

You agree that if you live in the state of Florida that you will be responsible for paying any sales tax on your order.  The Local Deal is registered in Tampa, Florida, and as such, any users of this site who reside in Florida must pay sales tax on any purchases they make.

The Merchant offering the goods and/or services is responsible for complying with all applicable laws and statutes.
