Q.  I have reset my password, but it still won't let me log in. What is wrong?

A. Most likely your username is different than what you are typing. Maybe you are including your full email address instead of just your username. Click the Forgot your username link and we will send you an email with your current username. Sometimes this error is encountered when your computer remembers the names you use to login to certain sites, and it populates this field for you with a common username that isn't the same as what you entered when you signed up for an account.

Q.  When will I receive my certificates?

A. Certificates are now available to print immediately after you complete your order.  You will receive an email confirming your order that includes a link to your account.  Just click on each certificate to view them, then print directly from your web browser.  If you have any issues viewing your certificates, just email us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Q.  I signed up for the mailing list, but I haven't received anything yet?

Q.  Can I give these as gifts?

A. Unless otherwise stated in the “Rules” of the offer, certificates may be purchased as gifts.


Q.  I'm having trouble with the ordering process.  What should I do?

A. If you encounter any problems with our website, please use our “Contact us” form to let us know and we'll respond as quickly as possible.  Or, give us a call during normal business hours (9:00-5:00 EST, 7 days a week), and we'll be happy to help you.


Q.  Do I need to print the certificates?

A.  Yes, anytime we provide a certificate you would need to bring that to the local merchant.  In rare cases we will specifically state if you do not need to print the certificate.

A. We love receiving suggestions from our customers.  If you know of any businesses that you would like to see advertised on our site, just write us a note in the “Contact us” form.  Feel free to suggest a deal too!  We'll contact the business and take care of the rest.
